Radame Perez
Chief Operating Officer
 Radame Perez, Chief Operating Officer of Mastermind, LTD and President of Mastermind Development LLC,
has become the driving force behind the company’s rapid
expansion in and around the city. In addition to overseeing the company’s
leased properties – Radame is responsible for some of
the most successful development projects throughout
parts of The Bronx, Westchester and Manhattan
Radame, a third-generation executive in a family-owned business, has helped
advance the physical, economic and social development of the city,
especially in the borough of The Bronx. Radame’s commitment to community
development has resulted in the creation of nearly 4000 jobs throughout the
borough, a direct result of his management skills in the areas of property
acquisitions and commercial real estate development.
During the city's fiscal crisis of the 1970's, at a time in the history of
the Bronx when no one wanted to invest in a borough lined with empty and
rundown abandoned lots, the Perez family took up residence and began to
build one block at a time.
Maintaining his family’s commitment to helping build neighborhood by
neighborhood, Radame has embarked on several ambitious projects to date,
cultivating a portfolio of residential multi-family, mixed use buildings
that includes the development of 63 affordable rental housing units in
the Mount Hope section of the Bronx and the first affordable “green”
cooperative known as Washington Bridge View, a 83,145 sq. ft. mixed-use
development containing 48- units and commercial space in the Morris
Heights section of the Bronx.
An active board member of the New York City-Bronx Community Board #6,
Radame has served as Chair of the Land Use Committee, Chair of the
Housing Committee, and as Co-Chair of the Economic Development Committee and Chair of the Transportation Committee.
Radame is the Chairperson of the Tremont Business and Community
Organization, a not-for-profit organization comprised of local
business owners and other civically active members in the Bathgate and
East Tremont sections of The Bronx. He is a coach and team sponsor for
the Edwin Marrero Little League Baseball Organization and volunteers
time to numerous charitable organizations.
Mastermind Holdings LLC, considered one of the most active commercial
real estate development and management companies in the city, currently
controls a portfolio of approximately 2 million sq. ft. of commercial
property throughout the states of New York
and New Jersey.
