 A. Charlee Rodriguez is the Senior Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of Mastermind, Ltd.
Her background includes a diversified yet sound base of
experience in retail management with C-Town Supermarkets;
bank operation management with Apple Bank; and real estate
acquisitions, finance and development with Mastermind
As a dedicated executive officer of Mastermind, LTD, Rodriguez has been instrumental
in ensuring corporate growth; making the company one of the most active real estate development and management firms in the Bronx. Around January of 1996,
Rodriguez commenced her career with Mastermind first as Accounts Payable Officer,
then quickly promoted to Director of Leasing & Acquisitions. Impressed by her hard
work and dedication to the company, Mr. Jose Perez, Chairman/CEO later named her
Executive Assistant. In this capacity, Charlee Rodriguez was responsible for the
oversight of the company’s senior management, construction management team and
administration.
Prior to her employment at Mastermind, Rodriguez managed and oversaw associate
operations as a Bronx Branch Supervisor for Apple Bank. This position has given
her much of her knowledge in investment, underwriting, structured finance,
portfolio management, interest rate derivatives, mortgage backed securities,
treasury management, insurance management and acquisitions.
Early in her career, she was the director of Front End Management for New Era’s
retail operations department, overseeing its sales, accounts receivables and
customer service divisions.
Today, Charlee Rodriguez is proud to have helped to facilitate the creation of
over 150 commercial business opportunities throughout the states of New York and New Jersey.
Currently, she oversees all of the financial activity of Mastermind, Ltd., its
affiliates and oversees the functioning of the Accounting Department. As Senior
Vice President, she is also responsible for overseeing the financing, acquisition
and development of the companies ever-growing inventory of real estate.
A. Charlee Rodriguez was born and raised in The Bronx and remains deeply committed
to insuring the economic development of many of New York and New Jersey's neighborhoods.
